How lizards can teach us about dating
I’m in beautiful sunny Orlando having a wonderful time at the pool and there are thousands of little tiny brown lizards running around.
I told my friend I was going to go catch one and she asked me, “What are you going to do after you catch one?”
I replied, “ I’m going to release it.” I said,” Kind of like what I do with dating.”
I catch them, and then I release them.
She started laughing and I thought to myself, if they’re not a good catch, why not release them? They might be a better fit for someone else.
Why hold onto a man if he no longer serves you?
As women we generally know if we like a man or not within the first two minutes or less. So, we generally don’t have a second date with him. It’s a very smart move and we don’t get involved with the wrong ones and we eliminate wasting our time.
Do you catch and release the men in your life?
Are you willing to date someone to see if there’s something there?
Or, do you go out with a man again and again when there’s clearly nothing there but you fear that if you let them go there won’t be another date
